Upon application from a prospective tenant, we will check credit, previous landlord references, verify income and employment to ensure a qualified tenant. Our financial management division is responsible for collecting rents, working with tenants in default, and filing appropriate claims in magistrate court to secure collection of all fees due. we also provide monthly financial reports of income and expenses making it easy for you to track profitability and tax reporting.
We have a team of qualified maintenance workers to address tenant maintenance issues in a timely fashion. When a tenant is ready to leave, we will inspect the unit and assess any damage incurred during the lease period.
